Time for another What I Wore Wednesday!

It's was a busy/rough weekend. My grandma is now in a nursing home to build up her muscle mass from two fractures in her back which is causing pinching to her sciatic nerve. Hoping for a speedy recovery!

Also.... 4 more days of school!!!! Almost everyone around here is out already which makes me super jealous, but summer is so close!

Anyway, onto the outfits!

3. Guess I'm too tired to do my hair? In my defense, it was super hot this week/weekend. We're talking 90's people! In May in OHIO.

WIWW

I'm back for What I Wore Wednesday... I made it two weeks in a row! Go me :) I've been meaning to update much more this past week ( I will get to it!) but my grandma who lives with us, which I'm not sure I've mentioned before, has been having a rough week. She is 87 years old and has dementia. Until this week she was physically amazing until this week she woke up and couldn't walk. The doctor thinks she has a pinched nerve. Well we were working through it and yesterday she started hallucinating. Usually when this happens, it is a sign she is dehydrated. So as of right now, my mom is at the hospital with her trying to figure things out. Please pray for her!

Now on to the outfits. I was able to capture three outfits this week. Should be more, but at least it's something!

What I Wore Wednesday

Alright..... I'm going out on a whim here. I feel a little awkward posting pictures of what I'm wearing, but I've been really inspired lately by Simply Sarah, Between the Lines, How to dress like a teacher, and of course Pinterest. Getting up really early makes it VERY easy to just throw on some pants and a shirt without thinking about it too much. Since I'm standing and moving around all day teaching, I want to be comfortable. So I'm here trying to mix some of my clothes together so I don't shop too much :) I think I'll post once a week the outfits I wear. I'm sure some weeks will have more than others.

This blog has really caught my eye, and this is where the first outfit inspiration came from.

I've really liked the coral trend lately and finally found a pair that weren't too expensive. Here it goes.

May Birchbox

I've been waiting all month to see this!!!!!!

I'd been debating to purchase a subscription to Birchbox for a while and decided to take the plunge. I've been tracking my package since it was shipped a few days ago and after a long day of teaching and districts for track, I was finally able to go home and open it!

This month was a speciality box that was Gossip Girl themed. I've never seen the show, but I do like the products!

My first Birchbox!

I used the Abyssine cream tonight and like it so far! The perfume smelled good and the Sugar Rose has a nice tint to it. Overall, I'm pretty pleased!

Looking forward to my next box :)

Update

January.... Seriously? It's MAY! Yes, I've neglected this blog. I have been so busy and just haven't felt like writing much. THIS WILL CHANGE! Promise :) I have been keeping up on all your lives though. Only 16 Days left of school then a two day break until summer classes start up. Now to update life the past 4 months....

I have been....

Going to freshman basketball games to support the basketball coach boyfriend
Turning 24 (I know this really isn't old, but I feel like it BIG TIME)
Finishing up grad school classes for the semester (4 more & a research project to go!)
Celebrating 4 years of dating
Going to NASHVILLE for spring break! (Super amazing & is so deserving of it's own post)
Preparing my students for the OAA's (FINALLY OVER!)
Going to girls track meets to support the now track coach boyfriend
Re-doing my entire room
Teaching (obvious)
Trying to see my boyfriend as much as possible which usually consists of maybe 48 hours total on the weekend.
